* What is Brendan’s dilemma?
1. Brendan’s dilemma is that why it was okay for his dad to lie about the movie tickets and why it wasn’t okay for him to lie on th math test.
* Have you ever seen an adult or friend do something you felt wasn’t right? What did you do? How did it make you feel?
2. No, I haven’t.
* Do you think Brendan should try to talk to his Dad again about his lying at the movies?
3. Yes, I think he should have talked to his dad again.
* Who might Brendan have hurt by cheating on his quiz?
4. Brendan could have hurt the person he cheated on the math test.
* Brendan’s Dad said it was okay to be dishonest if no one was hurt. Who do you think might have been hurt by his lying at the movie ticket office?
5. I think that Brendan’s brother might have been hurt since he is not a child anymore.

6. Yes, I have. It all started one Saturday morning when I had to go get ready for Korean school. I hated Korean school so I acted like I was sleeping. I woke up at 10:30 when it started at 9:30. No, I don’t think it was worth it because it brought my grade down for coming late.

At Saturday, I woke up really late because I slept late at Friday. Just to tell you I was already awake at 7:00. My Korean school started at 9:30 or so, and every time we would have a spelling test to better our spelling in Korean. Well, really I hated these things and I didn’t want to do it. So I slept for 3 hours. I thought in my mind that the spelling test would be early in the morning when you arrive, but my idea was wrong. I went to Korean school and it was already second period. The teacher came in and said,”Get ready for the spelling test!” I was surprised. Didn’t they already take the test? I read over the words and wrote them one time. I finished the spelling test and I was scared. I waited and waited and ate some donuts, then she was finished correcting. I looked at my notebook.(Just to say, I bet you thought I got and F right?) Well, you’re wrong! I got an A+ 100%!

Sunday…. the day when most people go to church. At least most of them do. Sunday is a normal day for me. Just go to church, pray, and praise. I slept for a long time. I woke up around 9:30. My mom was screaming,” GET READY! It’s time for church!” I wake up and go to the living room where there is breakfast McDonald’s and some other things. She always goes to Flea Market every Sundays. I open one of them and my mom said,” There is a fruit punch in the refrigerator and there is your hash brown.” I eat slowly and I drink the fruit punch. After I get ready for church and we go. At church we learned about Paul and how he did the work for Jesus after Jesus was crucified and resurrected. He healed people and he would tell the people about Jesus. The Romans hated him. They put him in jail and whipped him. He just kept praying to God and God sent him an angel and the angel opened the gated of the jail. The prison guard wanted to kill himself because all the criminals were escaping and of course he didn’t want to get killed by the Romans, but Paul saved him. After the sermon we did an activity to write down our friends prayer request.
In computer class, I learned how to use the Imac and what the little slots in the back of the monitor were for. My teacher is Mr. Maiquez. He knows a lot about computers. He told us that 0 and 1 are computer languages. 0 means off and 1 means on. It’s very cool to know all these things about the computer. In computer class, I learned how to use the keynote, how to make blogs, and things like F11, F9, or F12. We even learned how to mute and make the sound louder. We made comics and learned how to use Comic Life! I can’t wait until our next lesson!
I made another comic with Comic Life. This comic is the 6th grade class. It is about a new kid at the school and everybody is wondering how he or she might look. Until he arrives and everybody is disappointed. Enjoy the comic!

This is a short movie I made with Keynote. It was fun and it made me know more about myself. It took a long time, but it was worth it. In the making of the short movie, I had lots of fun animating the words, pictures, and the pages. I hope you have lots of fun watching the short movie!

This comic is about anti-bullying and how to stop bullying. It talks about how to stop a bully from bullying others and why bullies bully you. The pictures were taken from the Internet. I copied the pictures and put them on my comic. I wrote that the pictures were taken out of the Internet because if you don’t it will be copying other people’s work without giving credit to them. It is also stealing if you don’t write it.

Comic Life is a program in the Imac to create comics using pictures from the Internet or from your own pictures. I made a comic by getting pictures and putting it on my comic. You could create bubbles and make your characters say something. You could even put a color on the word bubbles. I made a comic about my face and moods. Is was hard, but fun.

Blogs are like Internet journals you can log into everyday. It is mostly about you, but sometimes people use it to write about something else. With the blog, I can use it to write about myself, and show it to other people so they can know who I am. I will look at other people’s blogs to see who they are and know more about them. The blogs are even useful to help you remember things that happened a yesterday or a long time ago. You could even change your theme or decorate it to make it look more nicer.
I think that the Blog Rules help you to not do anything bad. It helps you to not be banned from your blog. It controls what you want to say and it teaches you what you should do in blogs and things your not supposed to do. If you say something bad, you can be banned, but the blog rules help you to not say bad or negative things. Everyone should know about these rules and how important they are to you and your blog. I think there should be another rule in the Blog Rules. You shouldn’t use your blog to tell compare test grades or homework answers. This is cheating and it is also stealing other people’s answers or ideas.
